The ski lift is conveniently located round the corner from the hotel, providing direct access to the ski slopes of the Dolomites. the piano bar and restaurant in the hotel were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, offering excellent service and a variety of food options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and comfortable beds.
The wellness center was not open before 3 pm, and some guests were disappointed to find this out after arrival.

The hotel had a good price for the season and the staff made an extra effort to decorate it for New Year's Eve, which created a festive atmosphere. the location was also very convenient, with a ski slope just a few steps away and a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Another positive aspect was the spa area, which included a sauna and a hot tub that we used to relax after a day of skiing.
The food was a major disappointment. the options for vegetarians were very limited, and even though we voiced our concerns to the staff, they were unable to accommodate our needs.

The location was perfect for skiing, with ski lifts just around the corner. Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dinner menu was excellent and delivered well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The animation staff were excellent, inviting and engaging guests in various activities.
The Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms was limited, with connection issues at times. Although the spa area was suitable, the swimming pool could have been bigger.
